Job Summary

The Direct Order Customer Experience Specialist is the first line of support for customer’s acquiring Sharp products or services. You will work closely with various departments to minimize delays throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to various teams, Sales Reps, Leasing, RP Desk, Finance, Warehouse and Dealers.
  • Order Management: Order Processing, Allocation of stock, track backorders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse prep and shipping of equipment.
  • Coordinate with Service Managers on installation of Equipment.
  • Coordinate the pickup, removal or relocation of equipment.
  • Communicate with dealers on inter-territorial orders going into their servicing area.
  • Entry of Contracts in CRM for Service billing.
  • Maintain & Update CRM Contracts.
  • Auditing of Leasing requirements, price validation and funding by 3rd party institution.
  • Process Financing options and vetting customer: Credit Checks, Legal Name and Total cost of Ownership to check deal viability.
  • Address Sales requests and respond in a timely manner.
  • Assist Customer Support Desk with general contract inquiries.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and address in a timely manner or forward the inquiry to appropriate department.
  • Other duties as required by the Manager.


Qualifications

Must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a fast paced, sales driven customer service/administrative role.
  • SAP Experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Bi-lingual (French/English) both understanding/speaking and reading/writing.
  • Experience in Logistics.
  • CRM Experience.
  • SalesForce Experience.


Work Conditions

  • Extended periods of sitting.
  • Working in an office environment.
