A day in the life:
- Collaborate with clinicians across Ontario, learning skills and sharing clinical & sales best practices
- Opportunity to learn and use cutting edge industry techniques and technology
- Support with continued education, training, and growth
- Maintain patient relationships from the initial consultation to the successful resolution of their hearing challenges
- Comprehensive test battery
- Counselling, dispensing of hearing aids and continued follow up care
- Opportunity to conduct ongoing research
What you bring:
- Masters Degree in Audiology
- Licensed by CASPLO/AHIP as well as ADP
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and counsel according to their specific needs
- Analytical; attention to detail; strong follow through skills
- Caring and compassionate customer approach; patience/listening
- Persuasive skills to influence outcomes
- Accountability and ownership; results oriented
