**Hours**:40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

**The Opportunity**:
We’re seeking a special individual to join our team as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist. As a clinician, you’ll be a crucial part of shaping our future and contributing to our exceptional care, trustworthiness, and experience.

**Role Overview**:
As a clinician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering patient success. You’ll be the engine that powers the business, guiding patients to make educated choices that will elevate their quality of life, and ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

**Experience/Qualifications**:
Audiologists:

- Member in good standing with CASLPO
- Registered Authorizer with ADP

Hearing Instrument Specialists:

- Member in good standing with AHIP
- Registered Authorizer with ADP
- *New graduates with the ability to meet the requirements to attain registration with CASLPO/AHIP and ADP Authorizer status may also apply._

**Duties**:

- Perform all tasks/procedures associated with hearing assessment for hearing aid dispensing, encompassing history taking, measuring air and bone conduction thresholds, conducting speech tests, and more.
- Execute all tasks/procedures involved in hearing aid dispensing, including evaluations, recommendations, fitting, verification, validation, impression taking, and modification.
- Demonstrate expertise in all products and services offered at the hearing centre.
- Ensure the maintenance of appropriate and comprehensive records and documentation.
- Abide by all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
- Follow all applicable CASLPO and/or AHIP regulations.
