If you are passionate about travel and customer experience management, this position will be perfect to kick-start your international career.If this sounds like you, we would love to meet youYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with sales leads across multiple channels, helping them understand our programs and supporting them through the decision-making process while meeting monthly sales targets.Organizing and coordinating stage of a participant’s journey (assistance with securing visas, giving informative orientations about their destination, answering all questions).Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of a wide range of travel destinations and itineraries, as well as visa procedures and requirements.Contribute to ongoing projects including research, process improvements, and gathering content from participants abroad for our social media team.YOU MUST BEPassionate about travel and excited to spark that enthusiasm in others.An excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys talking with people and feels comfortable speaking in public (videos, webinars, presentations, etc.).Confident speaking on the phone and on video chatHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Adaptable - change is constant in the travel industryA resourceful problem solver - you enjoy finding answers to challenging questions and solutions to travel related issuesA strong writer with polished, professional email communication.Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environmentBilingual French English is a major advantageDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEPost Secondary Education - life, travel, and work experience is also highly consideredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience living, studying, and/or working abroadPrevious experience working in an office or remote team environment is desirable.Experience in sales or travel industry is a plusOutgoing and confident personalityAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING HEREFull health and dental benefitsEvery day is a new day in travel - you won't get boredMake a positive impact by offering life-changing experiences to young CanadiansGrowth opportunities.
