Worldgo Travel Management has an exciting opportunity for a **Group Travel Specialist **to join our team.

**This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.**
**Responsibilities include**:
- **Group Travel Planning**: Design and create customized travel itineraries for groups, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and tours tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the group.
- **Client Consultation**: Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget constraints, providing expert advice on suitable destinations and travel options.
- **Coordination with Suppliers**: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to secure the best rates and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any travel-related issues or complaints arising during the planning process or while the group travels, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.
- **Documentation Management**: Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documentation, such as visas and travel insurance, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- **Post-Travel Follow-Up**: Gather feedback from clients after their trips to assess satisfaction and improve future travel offerings.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in travel planning or group travel coordination
- Proven track record in managing group itineraries
- Comprehensive knowledge of domestic, transborder, and international travel
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of ticketing, exchanges, and refund procedures
- Strong customer advocacy and listening skills
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
