PrecisionERP is seeking a Organizational Change Manager for a 6+ month opportunity with our client in Oakville, Ontario.


Rates are $110 to ~$125 per hour with some flexibility for the right candidate. The ideal candidate would be someone who's currently doing or has done something like this for large clients in North America.


Qualifications:

-Proven 7+ years of experience as a Organizational Change Manager or similar role leading communication strategies for business transformations.

-ERP implementation experience.

-Strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously.

-Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.

-Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

-Fluent in both French and English is considered an asset.
