We work hard and deliver exceptional quality, but don’t take ourselves too seriously in doing so.What it’s like to work at Shore:Flexible culture and working environmentOpportunities to learn and advanceContribute to innovative projectsBe encouraged to bring your own ideas forwardJob DescriptionRelease ManagerThe Release Manager plans the release of project deliverables and manages the release lifecycle.Communicates release plans to clientsCoordinates release schedules and resources, considering third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updatesIdentifies and manages risks that could delay releases, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are maintainedTracks progress, identifies issues, and seeks process improvementsEnsures releases are planned according to requirements and budgetSchedules release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews afterwardCreates release plans and deployment schedules based on implementation timelinesProvides scheduled updates on release activitiesEnsures DevOps resources are available and assigned to each releaseCommunicates with implementation managers across initiativesLeads Go-Live activities for successful deploymentParticipates in CAB meetings to discuss schedules, scope, and address roadblocksMaintains documentation related to build, release procedures, notifications, and dependenciesImplements improvements in release management methodologiesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge and experience in healthcare/medical sectorKnowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelinesExperience working with DevOps and Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of Software Development LifecycleStrong team and time management skillsExperience with Application Release Automation toolsKnowledge of traditional Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, KanbanGood understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systemsDemonstrated leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAdditional InformationThis is a full-time, permanent role.
