Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Release Manager with strong technical change management experience to lead deployments and implementations to work at one of the big 5 banks on a hybrid 1-2 days in office model. This role is critical for coordinating complex releases in an on-prem environment and managing communication between development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities Act as Release Lead for deployments, ensuring all impacted systems and teams are aligned. Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans for releases. Coordinate with QA, production, and operations teams to execute deployments. Conduct walkthroughs of release plans with stakeholders and oversee execution. Manage release activities, including: Scheduling and planning deployments. Logging and tracking changes. Ensuring compliance with change management processes. Handle occasional weekend work (Friday night to Saturday midday every few months). Collaborate with development teams to gather technical details and ensure readiness.
