**Job Title**: Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant

**Job Type**: Part-Time (16-20 hours per week)
**Schedule**: 2-3 days a week
We are a well-established **Mortgage Brokerage** office located in Windsor, proudly serving the Windsor-Essex County area for over 26 years. Our team is made up of experienced, senior agents who are passionate about helping clients find the best mortgage solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records using **QuickBooks**:
- Process **accounts payable**, including vendor payments and expense tracking
- Administer **payroll and remittances**:
- Prepare financial summaries and assist with monthly reconciliations
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external vendors
**Requirements**:
- At least **2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience**:
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks**:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred**:
- Familiarity with payroll systems and CRA remittance requirements
- Experience in an office environment, ideally in finance or mortgage sectors
