This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating vehicle pickups, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of assigned files. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Responsibilities and DutiesProfessionally and promptly handle inbound and outbound calls.Manage assigned files with accurate and timely processing of information.Coordinate vehicle pickups by obtaining release information and authorization from appropriate clientele.Accurately input detailed information into call logs and/or files.Complete timely follow-up calls to meet deadlines.Investigate and troubleshoot delayed vehicle releases that fall outside designated time frames.Enter clear, concise, and professional notes into the system for all files.Maintain consistent and timely email communication with internal and external customers to resolve concerns and ensure task completion.Complete all assigned tasks within the designated shift.Maintain an organized workspace conducive to departmental success.Compétences et expérience requisesBilingue en anglais et en françaisCompétences informatiques de baseMaîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier ExcelExcellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisationCapacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipeCommunication claire et professionnelleCapacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clientsDiplôme d’études secondaires ou GED (un diplôme collégial ou universitaire est un atout) OU 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle équivalenteCompétences et expérience souhaitéesExpérience préalable en service à la clientèle ou en centre d’appelsDescription du posteInsight Global recherche un(e) représentant(e) de centre d’appels bilingue (anglais et français), orienté(e) vers le détail et axé(e) sur le service à la clientèle, pour rejoindre une entreprise mondiale leader dans le secteur de l’assurance. Ce rôle consiste à gérer les appels entrants et sortants, coordonner les enlèvements de véhicules et assurer le traitement précis et rapide des dossiers attribués. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possédera d’excellentes compétences en communication, une bonne gestion du temps et la capacité de travailler de manière autonome tout en contribuant à un environnement d’équipe.Responsabilités et tâchesGérer de manière professionnelle et rapide les appels entrants et sortantsTraiter les dossiers attribués avec précision et dans les délaisCoordonner les enlèvements de véhicules en obtenant les informations de libération et les autorisations auprès des clients concernésSaisir avec précision les informations détaillées dans les journaux d’appels et/ou les dossiersEffectuer des appels de suivi en temps opportun pour respecter les délaisEnquêter et résoudre les retards de libération de véhicules hors des délais prévusEntrer des notes claires, concises et professionnelles dans le système pour tous les dossiersMaintenir une communication par courriel cohérente et rapide avec les clients internes et externes pour résoudre les problèmes et assurer l’achèvement des tâchesEffectuer toutes les tâches assignées pendant le quart de travail désignéMaintenir un espace de travail organisé favorisant la réussite du départementExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
