As the Manager of Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading and orchestrating organizational change initiatives. This position is integral to our team, focusing on the business aspect of implementing a new reporting system solution and bridging the gap between business users and the technology team. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with all levels of management and staff to ensure seamless and efficient implementation of changes. The Change Manager will lead change management activities, steering them towards aligning with the organization’s overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating comprehensive change management strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Developing and executing plans to effectively manage change.
  • Directing, coordinating, and overseeing change management activities.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to staff throughout the change process.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of change on employees.
  • Offering expert advice on navigating organizational change.
  • Communicating change management plans to team members and key stakeholders to foster understanding and garner support.
  • Designing training programs to facilitate employee adaptation to change.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of existing workflows for merchandising teams and recommending optimized approaches, considering the new reporting system.
  • Assisting in the development of data and business use-case documentation for the new reporting system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related technical disciplines; MBA preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience in leading change management processes, particularly in the adoption of new technology and data management systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience in guiding organizations towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management software and other advanced tools for managing change processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in influencing others to support change initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Commitment to ensuring changes are executed within specified timelines and budgets.
