**Summary**

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for the planning, development, execution, and monitoring of change management plans, collateral, and activities including communications related to training, change impact assessment, business readiness analysis, and change implementation for the department. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications and working collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications team, this key role will provide effective and creative approaches in designing, communicating, facilitating adoption, and ensuring successful implementation of processes to drive the best member-centric Marketing and Communications initiatives.

**Main Responsibilities include but not limited to**

Lead Change Management for Marcom Process
- Define, plan, and execute change management requirements to support communication with staff and members to support activities for new Marcom processes.
- Create, maintain, and determine appropriate messaging and most suitable delivery methods with sequencing of information that builds from initial project kick off through to go live & post go live activities, in collaboration with the Marcom team as required.

Internal Engagement66
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged and aware of project updates.
- Understand process changes.
- Develop communication for a variety of audiences.
- Draft presentations and/or briefing notes for key partners.

Operationalize new Marcom Process Blueprint
- Work closely with the Marcom team to operationalize new processes.

Related Duties
- Participate in the onboarding of new team members as required.
- Contribute to delivering the overall work plan of the department and strategic goals of the CFPC.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the CFPC Values in Action.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization in order to build trust and confidence in the services provided.
- Ensure effective and professional communications with all internal and/or external contacts.
- Participate in the development and/or execution of special projects as required.
- Participate on internal staff committees or working groups as required.
- Support the team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure departmental needs are met including absence coverage and cross-training as required.
- Work in accordance with all CFPC policies, procedures and processes with all applicable legislation
- Work in accordance with all health and safety requirements

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position developing communications plans.
- Advanced change methodologies and principles.
- Advanced listening, facilitation, influencing, negotiation collaboration and conflict management skills.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills.

**Working Conditions**
- Flexibility to work overtime at peak times may be required.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $66,745.00-$83,432.00 per year
