In addition to property management and real estate development, the company is involved in renewable energy initiatives such as rooftop solar installations, and has contributed to various revitalization and urban planning efforts throughout the Greater Toronto Area.Your new roleThe Senior Property Manager role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. Key responsibilities include setting long-term plans aligned with business goals, managing daily operations such as leasing and maintenance, leading a high-performing team, overseeing financial performance and budgeting, maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing vendor contracts, leveraging technology for efficiency, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years experience in property management in managing commercial and/or industrial properties. They should have a strong leadership background with the ability to effectively manage teams, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders. A high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving ability is essential, as is a meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio, and Microsoft Office tools, is required. The role also demands a collaborative mindset, sound judgment in fast-paced environments, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.What you'll get in returnYou’ll be joining a dynamic, growing organization focused on delivering outstanding service and value to tenants and stakeholders.
