We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind Ubiweb’s paid marketing efforts. You’ll bring deep expertise and proven experience in running digital paid marketing campaigns, mainly across search and social channels. But that’s not all—as a well-rounded marketing generalist, you’ll also have a hand in shaping our website and email programs, making your role diverse and impactful.
Your role will be highly cross-functional, as teams such as Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing will depend on you to define cohesive strategies that are executed seamlessly and continuously optimized based on performance and insights.
This is a full time, 14 months contract position with a potential of permanent hire after the completion of the contract.
What your day-to-day looks like
- You’ll work directly on the performance marketing strategy, manage and optimize campaigns to maximize impact, and align them with Ubiweb’s growth objectives.
- You’ll measure and report on the performance of paid campaigns, and make strategic recommendations and decisions to enhance results and hit targets across channels. You’ll also present results and recommendations directly to Senior Management.
- Guide and facilitate the creative process to ensure there’s a stream of relevant, high-performing creative. You’ll also work closely with our internal design team on ad creative.
- Provide subject matter expertise in evaluating mid-campaign and post-campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations based on results and industry trends.
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, processes, resources, and timelines.
- You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team member to achieve their objectives
- Collaborate closely with the RevOps and PPC team to run tests and optimize campaigns and landing pages.
- Build deep relationships and meet regularly with the sales team to keep a constant pulse on frontline feedback, using insights to improve campaign performance.
What you bring to the team
- 5-7 years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or equivalent role, working in-house for a brand, preferably in a B2B company.
- Proven expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and similar platforms.
- Proactive self-starter with strong prioritization skills and forward-thinking approach.
- Advanced skills in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, , and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
- Resourceful, action-oriented and risk-taking with a focus on driving results.
- Broad marketing experience, including inbound, product, or lifecycle marketing.
- Curious and analytical mindset with a knack for data, troubleshooting, and optimizing customer journeys.

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire marketing de croissance qui sera le joueur(se) clé des efforts de marketing payant d'Ubiweb. Votre rôle sera hautement interfonctionnel, car des équipes telles que les ventes, les opérations commerciales et le marketing dépendront de vous pour définir des stratégies cohérentes qui seront exécutées et continuellement optimisées sur la base de la performance et de la connaissance.
Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, d'une durée de 14 mois, avec une possibilité d'embauche permanente à échéance du contrat.
À quoi ressemble ton quotidien
- Travailler directement sur la stratégie de marketing de performance, gérer et optimiser les campagnes pour maximiser l’impact en adéquation avec les objectifs de croissance d’Ubiweb.
- Mesurer et évaluer les performances des campagnes payantes. Faire des recommandations stratégiques et prendre des décisions pour améliorer les résultats et atteindre les objectifs sur tous les canaux. Présenter également les résultats et les recommandations directement à la direction générale.
- Guider et faciliter le processus de création afin de garantir un flux de contenus créatifs pertinents et performants. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de conception interne sur les créations publicitaires.
- Fournir une expertise dans l'évaluation des performances à mi-campagne et post-campagne, en formulant des recommandations fondées sur des données, sur la base des résultats et des tendances du secteur.
- Planifier et gérer des projets du début à la fin, y compris la budgétisation, les processus, les ressources et les délais.
- Diriger, motiver et développer le membre de votre équipe afin qu'ils atteignent leurs objectifs.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe RevOps et PPC pour effectuer des tests, optimiser les campagnes et les pages d'atterrissage.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en tant que Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager ou rôle équivalent, travaillant en interne pour une marque, de préférence dans une entreprise B2B.
- Expertise dans la gestion de campagnes de médias payants sur Google, Meta et d'autres plateformes similaires.
- Être proactif, autonome, doté d'un sens aigu des priorités et d'une approche tournée vers l'avenir.

- Excellente communication et capacité à présenter des exposés à des cadres supérieurs.
