Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team at Somos Construction. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
- Assist in product development and launch
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to engage our target audience
- Direct the marketing strategies of our organization, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
- Evaluate and optimize our online presence, including our website and social media channels
- Implement and manage our brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography
- Oversee the preparation of written materials, including reports, briefs, and press releases
- Supervise and train staff to ensure effective communication and marketing efforts
- Develop and manage our digital database to track customer interactions and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our marketing efforts
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management software and tools
