UnitiWall is looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to enhance our sales infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and maximizing efficiency. This role is vital in supporting our Chief Business Development Officer and Sales Director by managing our CRM system, executing sales strategies and implementing effective sales support mechanisms. With a background in architecture and/or architectural sales, your knowledge or curtain wall and exterior façade systems, your expertise will help us reach new heights in a dynamic market.

What you’ll be doing


Sales Lead Management and Development:

  • Proactively mine for sales leads using tools like ConstructConnect, identifying high-potential opportunities in line with our strategic goals.
  • Qualify sales leads through detailed research and engagement using , emails, and our extensive agent network, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

CRM Mastery and Sales Analytics:

  • Act as the HubSpot CRM power user, managing and enhancing its functionalities to support sales activities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales analytics framework to track, analyze, and report on sales data, helping optimize our sales strategies and processes.

Proposal Development and Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and refine sales proposals, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and align with UnitiWall's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop and maintain effective sales collateral that supports both the sales team and client engagements.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Initiate and maintain contact with key clients through cold calling and direct outreach, establishing strong professional relationships.
  • Manage detailed records of client interactions in our CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and accessible for seamless follow-up and relationship continuity.

Collaboration and Process Optimization:

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure alignment of strategies and the creation of a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency of sales processes, including lead generation, sales tracking, and client engagement practices.


Desired Experience & Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  •  Demonstrated experience in sales operations, ideally within the construction or architectural product sectors.
  •  Experience with digital marketing and advanced lead generation methodologies.
  •  Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, with a track record of leveraging CRM data to drive sales success.
  •  A strong educational or professional background in architecture, particularly with knowledge in exterior facade systems.
  •  Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and client relationships.
