Gas Royalty Operations is looking for a detail oriented and motivated individual to fill the role of Operational Analyst. With your keen eye for details; your outstanding interpersonal skills; and your ability to analyze information and problem solve; you will be a valuable part of a team that contributes to the accurate and complete assurance that gas royalty transactions are handled properly, classified and authorized in compliance with the Mines and Minerals Act, Natural Gas Royalty Regulations and Gas Royalty Guidelines.

The Gas Royalty Operations unit is looking for one Operational Analyst responsible for:

Conducting reviews, tests, and examinations of the transactions through client sampling to ensure established objectives are achieved and that prescribe policies, practices and procedures are.  Implementing processes to accurately calculate and assess natural gas and by-product Crown royalty and reduce reporting to ensure compliance with the legislation and policies and procedures. Actively participating in peer groups, committees, and project teams. Verifying the accuracy of the calculation of Crown royalty. Providing input to system development, testing and implementation of Gas Royalty business initiatives. Providing training to internal and external stakeholders.
