Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the treasury functions of the organization, providing timely and actionable insights to facilitate project financing and investment decisions. Your responsibilities will include generating comprehensive reports and presentations for various stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools for effective reporting.
  • Experience in managing large datasets and relational databases.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
  • Comfortable with statistical, financial, or computational modeling.
  • Strong communication skills to convey insights effectively to supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Support financial operations for real estate assets, including both ongoing projects and those in an active portfolio.
  • Assist in managing the company's credit facilities by modeling associated assets, costs, and cash inflows.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce accurate project reports.
  • Support year-end and interim audit processes.
Monitor cash flows for projects and the organization.
  • Provide insights to the treasury manager regarding daily banking activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assist with various treasury-related administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare a variety of financial reports.
  • Lead or assist in the development of comprehensive financial models and dashboards.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data from multiple sources.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
