**Leader Name**:Senior Manager, Facilities Operations

**As ATB’s next Facilities Operations Analyst, **with People Places & Spaces (PP&S), you will report to the Senior Manager, Facilities Operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in coordinating building maintenance and repair requests for all ATB facilities. Utilizing systems and tools to manage requests, meet Service Level Agreements and provide data analysis to continually elevate the team member and client experience through process improvements and communications.

PP&S is ATB’s real estate and facilities business unit and leads: real estate strategy, workplace optimization & experience, spatial design, construction, project management, leasing & subleasing management, facilities management & maintenance, asset management, facilities operations, occupational health & safety, and physical security. PP&S oversees ATB’s 1.5 million square feet of space and the team is deeply connected to transforming banking through ATB’s client facing locations, and leading the way with corporate workplace transformation, both of which bring ATB’s mandate to life and make it possible for Albertans.

**Requirements**:
**Facilities Operations Analyst Accountabilities**:

- You will review, prioritize and action service requests pertaining to building maintenance, repairs, and life cycle projects escalating non-routine or emergency scenarios when necessary.
- You will monitor open requests and communicate daily with contractors, landlords and team members to ensure service level agreements are met. You will follow up with team members to ensure client satisfaction and assist in contractor performance assessments.
- You will review, triage and process invoices for payment through invoice automation.
- You will provide system oversight and administration for both the facilities Management and financial systems.
- You will develop, implement and maintain business processes for the operations team.
- Utilizing strong communication skills including both written and verbal, you will manage communications on behalf of the Operations team.
- You will ensure building security is maintained through administration of security card access to team members and contractors in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- You will support and operationalize PP&S projects, understanding the end user requirements and creating a plan for implementing changes.
- By leveraging your strong knowledge of various document types and business functions, you will manage incoming PP&S mail.
- This role is required to be onsite 3 days per week.
