Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests
  • Communicate with guests and staff regarding room availability and guest messages
  • Clear departures in the computer system and coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station and run daily reports
  • Supply guests with directions and information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
