Cognizant's SAP practice is part of the Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) unit with a global presence and recognized as a Global Strategic Service Provider (GSSP) of SAP services. The client base includes 13% of Fortune 500 companies. In Cognizant's SAP practice, we assist enterprises in enhancing business value in the digital economy. You will play a key role in driving digital acceleration to equip our clients for the upcoming autonomous business era by leveraging the potential of digital technologies with industry-specific outcomes. Role Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled professional in SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility to serve clients in North America and engage in both proactive and reactive business opportunities, including managed services and transformation. The role involves close collaboration with onsite sales/delivery teams, active participation in solution discussions, and workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Lead key activities in SAP Service cloud implementations, integrating with the backend ISU (S/4HANA) system
  • Facilitate essential workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into design specifications for customer solutions
  • Manage system scoping, design, and configuration to align with business needs
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical experts on application customization
  • Coordinate with integration specialists on linking SAP Sales & Service Cloud with the back-end S/4HANA environment
Qualifications
  • Possess a solid 14 to 17 years of experience, focusing on SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility and Integration
  • Experience in ISU Utilities is beneficial. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge technology solutions with business requirements in Retail, Customer Services, and Utilities sectors to drive significant outcomes
