Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility professional to work with clients in North America, supporting various business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. This role involves close collaboration with our onsite sales/delivery teams, engaging in solution discussions, and workshops.

What You'll Do
  • Lead key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations, integrating with backend ISU (S/4HANA) system.
  • Facilitate essential workshops as per the methodology to capture business requirements and translate them into design specifications for customer solutions.
  • Define, design, and configure the system to meet business needs.
  • Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical consultants on application customization.
  • Collaborate with integration SME on linking SAP Sales & Service Cloud with the backend S/4HANA environment.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Demonstrated 14 to 17 years of expertise, specializing in SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility and Integration.
  • Experience in ISU Utilities is beneficial. This position requires a strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business requirements in Retail, Customer Services, and Utilities sectors to drive significant outcomes.

Working Arrangements
