Senior Manager Data & Analytics

We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Manager Data & Analytics to join our Business Technology Data Analytics & Insights team at SNDL Inc.

If you have a passion for working with Microsoft's ERP and Business Intelligence tools and environments, this role is for you

As a Senior Manager Data & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the business to drive data-driven decisions and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver data and analytics solutions
  • Analyze business processes and identify transformation opportunities
  • Lead the delivery of Data, Analytics, Visualizations, and Data Science strategies
  • Work on large sets of complex finance data
  • Develop data models and tools to provide actionable insights
  • Lead Data Governance assessments and workshops
  • Design innovative reporting solutions and visualizations from diverse data sources
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in digital transformation projects
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Data-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft applications like PowerBI, PowerApps, Azure, and Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and SQL
  • Experience in retail industry is a plus
