About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and robust ETL pipelines in distributed clusters
  • Create Microsoft-SQL database solutions to support business intelligence and data analytics
  • Develop data science, data engineering, and AI projects to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Integrate DevOps practices into the development workflow using CI/CD best practices
  • Design and implement data security, data privacy, and data de-identification/anonymization policies
  • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions
  • Work with dimensional modeling techniques to optimize data storage and retrieval
  • Develop Python applications to support data analytics and business intelligence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve data-driven decision-making
Requirements
  • 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with design and implementation of data security, data privacy, policies, data de-identification/anonymization, data audits/reviews, synthetic data
  • 5 years of experience in Agile project methodology
  • 4 years of experience in building analytical and quantitative analysis models
  • 5 years of experience in understanding complex business questions and framing the right analytical question to solve a business problem
  • 5 years of experience using Hadoop, Microsoft SQL, and unstructured data
  • 4 years of experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments
