Key Responsibilities- Maintaining Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with software and subscription vendors to ensure optimal usage and best practices.
- Track & Negotiate Renewals: Proactively manage renewal dates, negotiate new terms, and gather relevant information to support pricing adjustments and cost optimization.
- Facilitate Procurement of New Tech: Collaborate with Go-To-Market groups to satisfy internal requirements for tech procurement, creating business cases, gathering requirements, negotiating pricing, and assessing implementation requirements.
- Act as Admin and Bridge: Serve as an intermediate admin and SME for Sales tech stack, handling system access requests, system license distribution, and vendor support engagement.
- Process Documentation & Change Management: Facilitate and create process documentation for internal systems processes, iterating optimally when changes occur and communicating through a consistent change management process.
- Tech Stack Budget Planning: Participate in and contribute to tech stack budget planning, reviewing updates, changes, and upcoming renewals with the Finance Business Partner.
- Implementation Consultant and Project Manager: Act as a consultant and project manager for major tech implementations, gathering requirements, engaging teams, and communicating deadlines and milestones effectively to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Be meticulous about process details and continuous improvement, forecasting major roadblocks and issues before they occur.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage cross-functional teams to contribute to requirements gathering for tech implementations.
- Diplomacy & Influencing: Remain neutral, willing to talk through compromises while maintaining respect and tact.
- Presentation: Present ROI and usage results to all levels of the business to demonstrate effectiveness of tech.
- Communication: Discuss findings with all levels of the business, both verbally and written, creating a change management process based on effective communication.
- Analytical: Analyze issues down to root cause, future-proofing implementations and systems processes.
- Organization, Time Management, & Project Management: Juggle and prioritize concurrent projects and initiatives, possessing refined organization and time management skills.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing processes, demands, and priorities.
- Salesforce: Advanced-level knowledge required to troubleshoot major issues and perform admin-level updates.
- Marketing Tools: Advanced-level knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, DemandBase, 6Sense, etc.).
- Business Development Tools: Advanced-level knowledge of business development tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, etc.).
- DevOps Tools: Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado).
- API Integration: Familiarity with integrating different APIs with Salesforce and other tech stack.
- Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
- Presentation Software: Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) to effectively communicate important data points and commentary.
