Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- You will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations and implement changes as needed to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make adjustments accordingly.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
- Supervise staff, provide coaching and training, and develop their skills to ensure excellent customer service.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.
- Certification or education in hospitality management or a related field is an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
