Client Relations Specialist

Beneva, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Disability Management Department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and evaluate disability, life, critical illness, and specialized health insurance portfolios to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Administration, and Actuarial teams, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and implement action plans to address client concerns and improve overall client experience.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on insurance-related matters, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Identify and address procedural, administrative, and contractual discrepancies related to case file management, submitting solutions to the management team.
- Represent the department as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship to colleagues on best practices in case management.
- Participate in special projects, such as changes to computer systems, development of procedures, and statistical reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Life and Disability claims Group Insurance Industry.
- Excellent command of the English language; French is an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-reliant and organized.
- A team player.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to any situation.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to build strong working relationships.
- First-rate presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
