About the position:

  • Plan and organize project activities related to organizational needs or changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT, end users, and managers at various levels.
  • Gather requirements from business communities utilizing methods such as interviews and work sessions.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, outline the big picture, and offer solutions to business issues.
  • Document business community requirements using specified templates.
  • Maintain communication between business units, technology teams, and support staff.
  • Engage in collaborative sessions with experts from diverse fields.
  • Assist the team in enhancing efficiency, reducing risks, and costs through thorough analysis.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience minimum.
  • Background in business process review.
  • Strong analytical skills to facilitate problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to change effectively demonstrated.
  • Client-focused.
  • Must show initiative and autonomy.
  • Strong time and priority management skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Functional analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with the insurance sector (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerQuery (ability to edit M code)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA (Macros)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerAutomate
  • Proficiency in SQL language
  • Knowledge of Python programming language is a bonus
  • Canadian work experience not mandatory but must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English) – For candidates in Quebec, bilingualism is essential for regular interactions with English-speaking colleagues nationwide.
