About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst II, you'll work closely with business units, IT, and support teams to analyze information, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain requirements from business units through interviews and work sessions
  • Analyze information from various sources and provide recommendations to users
  • Document requirements using defined templates
  • Act as an intermediary between IT, users, and managers
  • Ensure seamless communication between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  • Facilitate working sessions with experts from different fields
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to reduce risks and costs
  • Assess and communicate the impact of change
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Highly developed analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology (asset)
  • Knowledge of Auto & Home insurance industry (asset)
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
