About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at ADEC ADESA Auction Canada Corp. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase dealer purchase behavior and buyer penetration on all our Remarketing platforms in the assigned region.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business.
  • Re-engage and reactivate fallout sellers for our company.
  • Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.
  • Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing our technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
  • A good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services.
  • A valid driver's license in the province of employment.
  • Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.
