Inside Sales Account Manager role involves cultivating customer relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting revenue targets in a designated territory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service and communication
  • Meeting key objectives with respect to margin preservation, customer growth, and retention
  • Analyzing data and trends to inform sales strategies
  • Developing strategic accounts with the sales and management team
  • Effectively prioritizing tasks to achieve results
  • Providing product knowledge information to customers
  • Preparing and presenting customer quotations
  • Entering data efficiently and accurately
  • Providing consistent and effective customer feedback
  • Staying up-to-date with industry changes and product knowledge

Qualifications include:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of the industry and product knowledge
  • Strong organizational, computer, communication, and negotiating skills

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess solid references. Working conditions include:
