Healthcare Provider Liaison Specialist

The Cigna Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Provider Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Validate Provider Agreements: Review and verify the accuracy of provider agreements, ensuring all necessary information is complete and up-to-date.
- Manage Provider Data: Enter and maintain provider information in our system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Handle Provider Inquiries: Respond to provider inquiries in a professional and supportive manner, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team deliverables and support the success of our organization.
- Post-Secondary Education: A diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Language Skills: Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Reader and Writer.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing situations and priorities.
- Quality Assurance: A thorough understanding of quality assurance principles and the ability to deliver service excellence.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
