- Site Check-Ins: Conduct regular site check-ins to ensure that security protocols are being followed and that all necessary measures are in place to prevent security breaches.
- Alarm Response: Respond to alarm calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed to resolve the situation.
- Site Patrols: Conduct regular site patrols to ensure that all security protocols are being followed and that the site is secure.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their employees, ensuring that their security needs are met and that they feel safe and secure.
- Relief Support: Provide relief support to other sites as directed, ensuring that security operations are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Security Experience: Minimum 1 year of security experience required.
- Security Supervisor Experience: 1 year of security supervisor experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Security Protocols: Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
- Security Licenses: Valid Ontario Security Guard License and a valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Certifications: Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification from a WSIB-approved vendor.
- COVID Vaccination: Must be able to provide proof of double COVID vaccination.
