Aerospace Programs Leadership Opportunity

PAL Aerospace is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our aerospace programs from conception through execution. As a Vice President - Aerospace Programs, you will be responsible for managing complex aerospace projects, developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace programs.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure annual budgets and performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure program milestones are met.
  • Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on program statuses and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in aerospace program management, with 10+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale aerospace projects and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Past experience in customer negotiations and in-depth knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
