Are you a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate looking to launch your career in aerospace engineering? Our rotational program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in this exciting field.

Program Overview

Our rotational program is a 36-month program that consists of three targeted career development rotations. Each rotation will provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of aerospace engineering, including product definition, detail design, and development assembly process planning.

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must have recently graduated or be expecting to graduate by May 2025 with a college diploma in Engineering Technology: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing. You must also have enthusiasm and passion for advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies, eagerness to learn and grow within a diverse and inclusive team, and a mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed.
