About the Role

Gemini Aviation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our Aerospace Brokerage Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies across designated regions and driving the sales of aircraft engines and parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement regional sales plans aligned with the company's overall sales strategies and goals.
  • Provide the Senior Sales Director with detailed reports on regional sales performance and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded while upholding company standards and practices.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services.
  • Manage contract negotiations with clients, ensuring compliance and satisfaction on both sides.
  • Assist in the training and development of the sales team to improve overall performance and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the aerospace or aviation industry.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft engines and parts sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close sales deals successfully.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
