Job Summary

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Advisor Team(s) in Vernon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records, including account opening documentation and client correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the Advisor Team(s), including scheduling portfolio reviews and preparing client review materials
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client trades, including follow-up on documentation and settlement
  • Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports
  • Assist in filing and preparing mailings, such as seminars, newsletters, and information packages
  • Conduct various administrative functions, including reviewing incoming mail and answering telephone calls
Requirements
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure meeting strict deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
