Partnerships and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Partnerships and Special Events Coordinator at THEMUSEUM. This is a one-year contract position that requires a strong commitment to event best practices, customer service, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Venue Rentals and Special Events: Utilize THEMUSEUM marketing materials to sell facility rentals, coordinate events, and establish relationships with service providers.
- Sales and Forecasting: Develop and implement sales strategies, create databases, and promote group sales and memberships.
- Other Duties: Attend special events, business meetings, and execute events outside of regular business hours.
- One year community college certificate in event management or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in event execution, sales, and customer service.
