Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for cultivating and developing external partnerships with stakeholders across industry, government, and academia.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic events and initiatives that support our mission and vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government representatives, industry partners, and community leaders.
- Manage budgets, contractual staff, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
- Represent the University of Waterloo at external events and meetings, promoting our research and technology capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, event planning, public relations, or marketing.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in a related field, with a proven track record of achievement and success.
- Experience in an academic setting is an asset.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
