Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of personal banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance on our personal banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
