Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date on TD Bank's products and services, including Everyday Banking, credit cards, and personal lending, to effectively promote and sell these offerings to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
