You will assist the Director of the CEGEP à distance in her administrative tasks, such as managing her schedule and drafting various documents.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the Director of the CEGEP.
  • Participation in meetings, and drafting of minutes and agendas.
  • Management of meetings and visual presentations.
Qualifications

  • Hold a college diploma.
  • 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong writing skills in French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
