About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Customer Service Manager to work with the Front End team and the Olive Branch leadership team to provide excellence in customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional service to every Olive Branch customer
  • Support cashiers, manage customer inquiries, facilitate Olive Branch service programs, and more
  • Work primarily afternoon/evening shifts

  • Resourceful and courteous

  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends
  • An outstanding teammate with good interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in grocery retail is preferred
