Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Over-the-Counter Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Patient Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Maximize Department Sales: Work with the Pharmacy Manager to maximize department sales and profit.
  • Rotate Stock and Check for Expired Products: Rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Zoning the Department: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning the department and ensuring all areas are free of debris and fixtures.
  • Follow Proper Procedures: Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Calibration of Equipment: Ensure the calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
