Position Overview

The role of a **Culinary Service Assistant** is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining services at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. This position involves various tasks that contribute to a clean and efficient dining environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a **Secondary (high) school graduation certificate** is required.
Work Environment

Work is conducted in a **hotel, motel, or resort** setting, ensuring a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and prepare tables for service.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
