About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our team at Canonical. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales development representatives, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 sales development representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align on sales goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on sales development and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sales development principles, practices, and tools.
