Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shelbourne Chevron. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
