Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart Canada. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with Walmart policy, professional standards, and provincial and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the pharmacy team, including recruitment, training, and development of associates.
- Develop and implement business action plans to meet corporate goals and objectives.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, storage, and disposal of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure accurate and efficient filling of prescriptions, as well as proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and maintain a functional and collaborative relationship with the Store Management team and the Store Manager.
- Execute all programs assigned to the pharmacy by the Professional Services team.
- Develop and establish collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers within the store.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
- Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate all equipment in the pharmacy
This role is based in Lloydminster, AB, and requires the ability to work in a retail environment.
