Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at the Family Pharmacy in Lloydminster, SK. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the pharmacy, ensuring a high level of professionalism through consistent and thorough patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care
- Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate and implement new/existing policy and procedures
- Perform performance assessments and provide feedback to staff
- Responsible for the training and orientation of new employees
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy and Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager is preferred
- Licensed to Administer Medications by Injection is a must
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
