About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Project Management to join our team at Angus Consulting Management Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our project management efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the organization's assets and reputation are protected.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing project teams, ensuring the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects successfully.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring the organization's interests are protected and that projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and finances, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and that the organization's financial interests are protected.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with health and safety regulations and standards, protecting the organization's assets and reputation.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, protecting the organization's assets and reputation.
Requirements
  • Education: A recognized technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical, or a degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
